    EXOSC3 is a component of the exosome 3'->5' exoribonuclease complex, a complex that degrades inherently unstable mRNAs containing AU-rich elements (AREs) within their 3' untranslated regions. It is required for the 3'processing of the 7S pre-RNA to the mature 5.8S rRNA. Has a 3'-5' exonuclease activity. [Swiss-Prot]

  • Immunoprecipitation analysis of 293T lysates (Lane 1) labeling EXOSC3 with ab184961 at a 1/50 dilution and a negative control PBS (Lane 2).  Anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG was used as secondary antibody at a 1500 dilution.

  • Immunohistochemistry analysis of Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded Human transitional cell carcinoma of bladder tissue labeling EXOSC3 with ab184961 at 1/50 dilution.  Counterstained with Hematoxylin.

  • Immunohistochemistry analysis of Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded Human colon tissue labeling EXOSC3 with ab184961 at 1/50 dilution. Counterstained with Hematoxylin.
