The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use at an assay dependent dilution.
Use a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 100 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 110 kDa).
RelevanceThis gene encodes a protein belonging to the RAN GTPase exportin family that mediates export of tRNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. Translocation of tRNA to the cytoplasm occurs once exportin has bound both tRNA and GTP bound RAN.
Cellular localizationNuclear; once bound to tRNA and Ran the complex translocates to the cytoplasm. Shuttles between the nucleus and the cytoplasm.
