Use 10µl of lysate per lane for Western Blotting. Add reducing agent to run on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Aliquot and store at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.

Aliquots are at a concentration of 1-2 mg/ml and contain between 100ug and 200ug of lysate, with a minimum of 100ug.
To run on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions it is necessary for the end user to add reducing agent. Addition of 5% beta-mercaptoethanol is recommended (5ul beta-mercaptoethanol per 100ul lys
