  • Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of 3T3-L1 (Mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line) labeling FABP4 with Purified ab92501 at 1/500 dilution (5 µg/ml). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.1% tritonX-100. ab150077 Goat anti rabbit IgG(Alexa Fluor® 488) at 1/1000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI. PBS was used instead of the primary antibody as the negative control.

  • FABP4 (green) was detected using FABP4 primary antibody (ab92501; diluted 1/1000). Alpha tubulin (red) was detected using our mouse monoclonal (ab7291) antibody. Cells were imaged by confocal microscopy, using z-stack for adipocyte-like cells.

  • All lanes : Anti-FABP4 antibody [EPR3579] (ab92501) at 1/1000 dilution
