The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 43 kDa. Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.

FunctionUbiquitin ligase protein that mediates monoubiquitination of FANCD2, a key step in the DNA damage pathway. Also mediates monoubiquitination of FANCI. May stimulate the ubiquitin release from UBE2W. May be required for proper primordial germ cell proliferation in the embryonic stage, whereas it is probably not needed for spermatogonial proliferation after birth.

ab94458 staining FANCL in untreated HeLa cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.5%) and blocked with 5% BSA for 15 minutes at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in PBS + 5% BSA + 0.05% Tween20) for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit polyclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
