Application Abreviews Notes
WB Use at an assay dependent dilution. Preliminary experiments gave no signal but low background in Human Kidney and Testis lysates at up to 1µg/ml.
IHC-P Use a concentration of 2 - 4 µg/ml. In paraffin embedded Human Placenta shows strong staining of cytoplasm in the margins of villi.

Anti-FAPP2 antibody images

  • ab38748 staining FAPP2 in Human placenta tissue at 2 µg/ml by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 was performed. Detected with AP-Staining.
