Application Abreviews Notes
IHC-P Use a concentration of 2 - 3 µg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
WB Use a concentration of 0.3 - 1.5 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 30, 48 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 48 kDa).Can be blocked with Human FbxW2 peptide (ab23101). The stronger band at 30kDa was consistently observed, but it is successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide (as is the 48kDa band).
