WB Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 27 kDa. Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.

Target

Anti-FLJ14154 antibody images

  • ab103800 staining FLJ14154 in human primary fibroblasts by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/300 in PBS + 2% BSA) for 1 hour at 21°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/300) was used as the secondary antibody.
