    Goat polyclonal to FOX Q1(1µg/ml) of H460 lysate (RIPA buffer, 30µg total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Detected by western blot using chemiluminescence.

Ab5098 was tested and characterized using H460 lysate. The originator did tell me that they did see a weaker band at the same place in A549 cells. So you could try that, but I do want to emphasize that the band was weaker. If you have any more question...
