  • General notesThe neutralising bioassay was performed on myeloid leukemia G-NFS-60 cell line. G-CSF stimulates the proliferation of these cells in vitro. Briefly, human G-CSF was pre-incubated with monoclonal antibody 5D7 for 2 h at RT and then added to the cell suspension. Cells were cultured for 72 h. Cell proliferation was measured by MTT method. Polyclonal antibody to G-CSF and an irrelevant monoclonal antibody of the same isotype were used as controls.
