  • ab72448 staining GABA Transporter 1 / GAT 1 in Rat brain tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton and blocked with 5% serum for 60 minutes at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in 5% serum) for 16 hours at 4°C. A DyLight®-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.
