Immunocytochemical analysis of mouse macrophage cells, labeling Galectin 3 with ab53082. Cells were formaldehyde fixed, permeabilized with Triton X-100 and blocked in 1% BSA for 30 minutes at 37°C. Incubation with ab53082 (diluted 1/500 in PBS) was for 1 hour at 37°C. The secondary antibody used was ab150073 diluted 1/500.
