Zebrafish embryos (24hr) were treated with 0, 25 or 50 Gy of X-ray. After 30 min, embryos were dechorionated, deyolked and tehn lysed. Protein from 10 embryos was run on a 12% gel, trasferred on to PVDF memebrane and Western blotting was performed. Gamma H2AX was detected around 16kDa.
