Asynchronous HeLa were treated with Bleomycing to induce DNA double strand breaks. They were paraformaldehyde-fixed, permeablized, immunofluorescently labeled and counterstained with DAPI. The antibody produces the expected nuclear and focal staining pattern. Methanol-fixed samples were also evaluated and produced a similar strong focal staining pattern in bleomycin treated samples.
