WB Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 50 kDa. Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.

Anti-GDI1 antibody images

  • Western blot analysis of HeLa (lane 1) NIHT3 (lane 2) and IHKE1 (lane 3) cell lysates (40µg/lane) labeling GDI1 with ab23354 at 1:1000. A HRP-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG (1:1000) was used as the secondary antibody.
