Conjugation
  • Application notesConjugation: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
Dot: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
ELISA: 1/5000 - 1/30000. This antibody has been assayed against 1.0µg of Glucose Oxidase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
IP: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Predicted molecular weight: 65 kDa.
Suitable for use in most immunological assays requiring high titer and specificity.

Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
  • Target

    • RelevanceGlucose Oxidase is widely used for the determination of glucose in body fluids and in removing residual glucose or oxygen from foods and beverages. Glucose Oxidase producing moulds such as Aspergillus and Penicillium species are used for the biological production of gluconic acid. CATALYTIC ACTIVITY: Beta D glucose + O2 = D glucono 1,5 lactone + H2O2.
