Applications

Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab114987 in the following tested applications.

The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Application Abreviews Notes
WB Use a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 17 kDa. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant Rat GM-CSF is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Neutralising Use a concentration of 0.09 - 0.14 µg/ml. to yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of Rat GM-CSF (0.5ng/ml).
Sandwich ELISA Use a concentration of 0.5 - 2 µg/ml. ab114987, in conjunction with a Biotinylated Anti-Rat GM-CSF as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant Rat GM-CSF.
