Application
ELISA
We optimised the sandwich ELISA protocol to quantify the 3H6-Fab fragment. ab79108 is used as the capture antibody and diluted 1:50 in coating buffer and 100 ul of this diluted antibody used to coat the wells overnight at 4 C. PBS (0.2 % tween) is used for washing steps. A standard curve with an R2 of 0.986 is obtained for the standard protein concentration ranging between 800 ng/ml and 50 ng/ml. Secondary antibody (ab49761) is diluted 1/40000 in blocking buffer.
