Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Chromeo™ 488) images

  • ICC/IF imaging of anti-tubulin in U2OS cells stained with propidium iodide and incubated with rabbit anti-tubulin antibody. Ab60314 was then used at 1:1000. The cells were previously fixed and permeabilized by methanol.

  • Ab60314 was used at dilution 1/500 with the primary antibody ab32787 in IHC-P. See the review on ab32787.
