Anti-GOLPH3 antibody images

  • IHC-P human prostate carcinoma stained with ab82377, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

    Additional bands at : 31 and 41 kDa,54 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
  • Flow cytometric analysis of hela cells using ab82377 (bottom) compared to a negative control cell (top). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
