Synthetic peptide conjugated to KLH, corresponding to a region from the 2nd extracellular domain of Human GPCR GPR43.
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab118449 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|IHC-P||Use a concentration of 35 µg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
ab171870 - Rabbit polyclonal IgG, is suitable for use as an isotype control with this antibody.
ab118449 staining GPCR GPR43 in 4µm parasagittal FFPE sections from adult mouse brain and spleen tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Antigen retrieval was by heat mediation, pH6.0. Tissue was blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in 1M PBS + 5% BSA) for 24 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/500, 2 hours at 20°C) was used as the secondary antibody. Second sections were incubated with the anti-Iba-1 antibody for 24 h (dilution 1/500 at 4 °C), followed by the Alexa Fluor® 568-conjugated secondary antibody staining (1/500 for 2 hours at 20°C). Nuclei were counterstained with 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI).
