RelevanceGST (Glutathione S-Transferase) is a 26kDa protein encoded by the parasitic helminth Schistosoma japonicum and widely used in the pGEX family of GST plasmid expression vectors as a fusion protein with foreign proteins.
Immunofluorescence analysis of GST in HeLa cells using ab69186 at 1/100. Cells were counter-stained with DAPI (blue) for nuclear staining and a Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody (green).
