Anti-GTF3C2 antibody - ChIP Grade images

  • ChIP analysis using ab89113 binding GTF3C2 in iPS derived from Human neuronal. Cells were cross-linked for 10 minutes with  formaldehyde. Samples were incubated with primary antibody(1/100) for 16 hours at 4°C. Protein binding was detected using real-time PCR.
    Positive control: 7SL RNA gene

    Negative Control: GAPDH coding region.
