May cooperate with GTF3C5 in facilitating the recruitment of TFIIIB and RNA polymerase through direct interactions with BRF1, POLR3C and POLR3F. May be localized close to the A box.

Image shows immunoprecipitated GTF3C4 detected with post IP WB, loading 20% of IP and using ab74304 at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
