Applications

Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab115013 in the following tested applications.

The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Application Abreviews Notes
IHC-P Use a concentration of 5 - 10 µg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
WB Use a concentration of 0.02 - 0.06 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 30, 48 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 30 kDa). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 48kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.

Target

Anti-HCCA2 antibody images

  • ab115013 (5µg/ml) shows staining of HCCA2 in paraffin embedded Human Lung following steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 and AP-staining. This shows staining of smooth muscle cells, vasculature and apical secretory granules in the epithelium of the bronchiole.

  • Anti-HCCA2 antibody (ab115013) at 0.02 µg/ml + Jurkat cell lysate at 35 µg
    Developed using the ECL technique

Predicted band size : 30 kDa
