      Lane 1 : HT29 cell lysate

      Predicted band size : 13 kDa
      Observed band size : 23 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
    • Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of SK-OV-3 (human ovarian adenocarcinoma) cells labelling HE4 with ab109298 at 1/250. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X. ab150077, Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). The negative control was SK-OV-3 cells stained with only DAPI, without ab109298.
