  • IHC-FoFr image of ab56042 staining of Hephaestin in mouse duodenum. Adult mouse was perfused with 4% PFA in 0.1M PBS and duodenal tissue was frozen sectioned. The sections were incubated with ab56042 (1:500) for one hour at 24°C, followed by Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated secondary antibody.
