  • Immunofluorescent analysis of 293 (paraformaldehyde-fixed cells, 4%) labeling Heterogeneous Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein (A1-like) with ab180124 at 1/250 dilution, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG(Dylight 488) at 1/250 dilution and counterstained with DAPI (blue).

  • Flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells (paraformaldehyde-fixed, 2%) labeling Heterogeneous Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein (A1-like) with ab180124 at 1/10 dilution or a rabbit IgG (negative), followed by secondary Goat anti rabbit IgG (FITC) at 1/75 dilution.
