Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab21216 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. IF: 1/10 - 1/50. IHC-Fr: Use at an assay dependent dilution. IP: Use at an assay dependent dilution. WB: 1/10 - 1/50. Dilution optimised using Chromogenic detection. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Human Herpes Virus 6 (HHV6) has two variants A and B and infects most children before the age of 3 years resulting in roseola amongst other clinical manifestations. These variants differ from one another with respect to their cell tropism, genomic DNA sequences, and protein expression. Most infections are caused by variant B.
