  • SpecificityReacts with native form of human HLA-G on the cell surface. Specific reaction was demonstrated with cells transfected with either full-length HLA-G and HLA-G1 complementary DNA. We have data to indicate that this antibody may not cross react with Mouse. However, this has not been conclusively tested and expression levels may vary in certain cell lines/tissues.

I would suggest that you should carry out a preliminary experiment to test different dilutions of the primary antibody (i.e. 0.1-10 microgram/ml) and then adjust the dilution accordingly to the results obtained.

As this antibody is conjugated to FITC we do not recommend that you freeze the antibody. Store at 2-8 deg C in the dark - it will be stable for much longer than 1 month.
