ab115307 at 20ug/ml staining HMG14 (phospho S20 + S24) in Human skin tissue (FFPE) by immunohistochemistry. Slides were subject to heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
