Thank you for your reply. I can confirm that the immunogen for ab18256 HMGB1 antibody (KPDAAKKGVVKAEKSK) has 43% alignment to the HMGB2 protein.  This is low,  so the ab18256 HMGB1 antibody is not likely to detect HMGB2. The immunogen for ab67282...
