    WB: 1/1000. Predicted molecular weight: 28 kDa.
    This antibody was tested against titrations of antigen (full length recombinant protein purified from E. coli) and is able to recognize 0.2 nM. The antibody was also tested against yeast protein preps from wild-type and hmo1 deletion strains, and recognizes a protein of the predicted MW in wt, which is absent in the Hmo1 deletion prep. Moreover, protein preps from strains with epitope tagged Hmo1 were tested. The recognized bands migrate at the appropriate MW for the epitope tagged construct, demonstrating the specificity of the antibody.
