Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - hnRNP M1-M4 antibody [2A6] (ab9548)
ab9548 at 1/1000 dilution staining human U2OS osteosarcoma cells by ICC/IF. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed and blocked with BSA prior to incubation with ab9548. A FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody was used as the secondary.

Performed under reducing conditions.
Predicted band size : 77 kDa
Observed band size : 70 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 60 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
