The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 37 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 37 kDa). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.
Use a concentration of 4 - 8 µg/ml.
Use at an assay dependent concentration.
ELISA titre using peptide based assay: 1/62500.
RelevanceHNRPH3 belongs to the subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs). The hnRNPs are RNA binding proteins and they complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA). These proteins are associated with pre-mRNAs in the nucleus and appear to influence pre-mRNA processing and other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) of human kidney tissue labelling HNRPH3 with ab66663 at 4-8µg/ml. Arrows indicate positively labelled epithelial cells of the renal tubule. Magnifciation: 400X.
