  • ab76897 staining HOXD10 in Mouse spinal cord tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton and blocked with 1% BSA for 30 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/16000 in PBS + 0.1% Triton + 0.1% BSA) for 18 hours at 4°C. A Cy3®-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/800) was used as the secondary antibody.
