Anti-HOXD10 antibody images

  • ab85698 (3.8µg/ml) staining of paraffin embedded Human Kidney following steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 and AP-staining shows nuclear staining in some epithelial cells of PCT.

    Observed band size : 38 kDa
    Additional bands at : 26 kDa,90 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
    Additional bands of unknown identity were also consistently observed at 90+26 kDa. These bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
