  • Description
    Mouse monoclonal [AC-16] to Hsp90
  • SpecificityThe antibody is reactive with both the constitutive and the inducible forms of HSP90. However, it does not bind to the native form of HSP90. It does not recognize HSP90 from E. coli and yeast.

Tissue underwent heat mediated antigen retrieval in microwave with 2, 5 minutes incubation intervals in citrate buffer. A antibody amplifier™ was used for staining. A HRP-conjugated anti mouse secondary was used at 1/10 dilution.
