    Tissue: Urinary bladder Location: Left wall of bladder. Diagnosis: Transitional cell carcinoma. Grade 2, stage II, T2NxM0. Moderately differentiated. Stage: II Grade: 2 Sex: Male Age: 39 years Gross findings: Tumor size 41 x 24 x 32 mm. Cut section firm, gray-pink. Hemorrhagic and calcified.   • Purification notesTissue specimens are homogenized in modified RIPA buffer to obtain the soluble proteins, and centrifuged to clarify. The lysate solution may appear turbid at cold temperatures due to insolubility of buffer components. The solution should clear upon warming to room temperature.
