Ipsilateral axillay lymph nodes examined : 3 Microscopic findings: Tumor composed of malignant epithelial cells, arranged in groups. They have irregular basophilic nucleic and abundant cytoplasm. Nuclear chromatin is coarse with prominent nuclei. Mitotic figures are evident. The stroma are infiltrated by small numbers of chronic inflammatory cells. Tumor necrosis positive. Blood vessel invasion negative.
