    Location: Right lobe. Diagnosis: Papillary Adenocarcinoma well differentiated Stage: IIIA T3N0M0 Grade: I Gross findings: Tumor size 5 x 5 x 6 cm. Cut section hemorrhagic and gray/white. Microscopic findings: Tumor composed of numerous papillae with ibrovascular cores lined by columnar cells with vesicular nuclei containing very prominent nucleoli and irregular nuclei, coarse chromatin. Tumor necrosis and hemorrhagic; positive. Blood vessel invasion;negative. Lymphocytic response; positive.

  • Purification notesTissue specimens are homogenized in modified RIPA buffer to obtain the soluble proteins, and centrifuged to clarify. The lysate solution may appear turbid at cold temperatures due to insolubility of buffer components. The solution should clear upon warming to room temperature.
