  • Product overview

    Quantify up to 75 proteins and peptides per well, using just 12.5 µL of sample, with FirePlex® immunoassays. The assay takes approximately 3.5 hours, followed by particle analysis using a compatible flow cytometer and data analysis using our free FirePlex Analysis Workbench software.

  • Interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2).  The mean Myoglobin concentration was determined to be 11.9 ng/mL with a range of 2.9 – 26.3 ng/mL.

  • The concentrations of Myoglobin were interpolated from the Myoglobin standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. 1X diluted samples are as follows:  serum 25%, plasma (EDTA) 25%, plasma (heparin) 25% and plasma (citrate) 25%.  The interpolated dilution factor corrected mean values are plotted.  The mean Myoglobin concentration was determined to be 18.1 ng/mL in serum, 73.0 ng/mL in plasma (EDTA), 17.1 ng/mL in plasma (heparin) and 21.7 ng/mL in plasma (citrate).

  • The concentrations of Myoglobin were interpolated from the Myoglobin standard curve and corrected for sample dilution.  The interpolated dilution factor corrected mean values are plotted.  The mean Myoglobin concentration was determined to be 66126 pg/mL in cell culture media containing 10% fetal bovine serum.

  • The concentrations of Myoglobin were interpolated from the Myoglobin standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. 1X diluted samples are as follows:  25% urine, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and bronchial lavage.  The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted.  The mean Myoglobin concentration was determined to be 797 pg/mL in urine, 638 pg/mL in CSF and 45.4 pg/mL in bronchial lavage.
