Paragastric lymph nodes: 6. Microscopic findings: Tissue sections show proliferation of glandular cells. Mitotic figures are evident. Theneoplastic cells have coarse, irregular nuclei with scanty cytoplasm.The tumor cells arearranged in groups and glands, and invade the musclaris propria and serosa. The lymphnodes show 2 of 6 positive.
