ab77239 staining IgE in Human basophil granulocytes by Flow Cytometry. Cells were peripheral blood cells, separated by Ficoll density separation, followed by magnetic isolation. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (3μg/ml in PBS with Human IgG (Fc-block)) for 45 minutes at 4°C.
