We have feedback that the antibody has a low sensitivity in a western blot application. The antibody could work, however for detection of endogenous levels of IL-10Ra, it will be necessary to use more antibody than 1-2ug/ml
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use at an assay dependent concentration.
Receptor for IL10; binds IL10 with a high affinity.
Spleen, thymus, and PBMC. Weak expression in pancreas, skeletal muscle, brain, heart, and kidney. Placenta, lung, and liver showed intermediate levels. Monocytes, B-cells, large granular lymphocytes, and T-cells express high levels.
