A multifactorial disorder of glucose homeostasis that is characterized by susceptibility to ketoacidosis in the absence of insulin therapy. Clinical fetaures are polydipsia, polyphagia and polyuria which result from hyperglycemia-induced osmotic diuresis and secondary thirst. These derangements result in long-term complications that affect the eyes, kidneys, nerves, and blood vessels.

  • ab111849 at 0.25 µg/10<> cells detecting CD25 in Rat strain Wistar Con-A Activated Thymocytes by Flow Cytometry. 89.9% more of the cells were stained than in the control (Mouse IgG1, kappa).
