Tissue specificityExpressed at low levels in testis, ovary, brain, prostate, placenta, thymus, bone marrow, trachea and skin. Detected in all of the myelomonocytic lineage. Expressed in CD14-and CD56-positive blood cells and by macrophages (at protein level).
