Additional notes

RIPA lysis buffer with Protease Inhibitor Cocktail (Sigma) was used. The protein was transfered to the nitrocellulose membranes.
Peroxidase-Labeled Affinity Purified Secondary Antibody to Rabbit IgG (KPL) was used and visualization of beta actin bands on the membranes will be done by using 1 Component TMB Membrane Proxidase Substrate (KPL).

This antibody works extremely well at 1:10,000 and could probably be diluted to 1:20,000 and still provide excellent signal.
