For the detection of a rabbit primary antibody
Conventional polymer amplified IHC requires a polymer backbone which is conjugated to the enzyme and secondary antibody. Polymers have a tendency to bind to themselves creating a large molecule that may limit antibody accessibility and lessen sensitivity.
EXPOSE biotin-free IHC detection kits eliminate the need of a polymer backbone as the enzyme is conjugated directly to the detection antibody by long-arm linkers.
