Breast cancer biomarker panel

We have complemented our existing range of over 22,000 cancer products with a brand new breast cancer biomarker panel.

These combinations allow the definitive characterization of solid breast tumor samples. The panels contain antibodies to well known biomarkers, with citations, reviews and optimal dilutions for breast cancer studies. The panel contains:

  • 50µg of Ki67 rabbit polyclonal antibody
  • 50µg of estrogen receptor alpha rabbit polyclonal antibody
  • 50µg of ErbB 2 rabbit polyclonal antibody
  • 50µg of p53 mouse monoclonal antibody
  • 50µg of progesterone receptor mouse monoclonal antibody

This panel contains a selection of biomarkers used to identify breast cancer cells. Much interest has been focused on cancer biomarkers, as recent studies have shown that they are useful for predicting cancer disease progression.

P53 (ab26) on primary ER- tumor by immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded sections). The primary antibody was diluted 1/50 in 5% goat serum and PBS at room temperature for 4 hours. The secondary antibody was diluted 1/50 in PBS and incubated with the sample for 1 hour at room temperature. Stained with DAB for 10 min.
